Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Anonymous Usage Data

When you play one of our games, we gather anonymous usage statistics such as session length, country, and device type. We also gather in-game events such as starting or finishing a level. This is done using Google analytics, an analytics toolset. You can review the Google privacy policy.

We use this data to benchmark the usage of our games. This means that we regularly look at these statistics and try to find ways to improve our products. Note that we do not track your unique device identifier (UDID) or other personal information – this data is anonymous.

App Store Data

The respective app stores, such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play, collect anonymous sales and usage statistics, and disclose it to us.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
